The $600 Money-Back Guarantee (Diminished Value Reports)

Diminished Value Report ($199.95): Covered by our $600 Money-Back Guarantee. If you submit the report to the at-fault driver's carrier, negotiate in good faith, and your final settlement comes in less than $600 above the carrier's first offer within 60 days, we refund the full $199.95 (plus the $49.95 Document Bundle if you purchased it) to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Silver / Gold / Platinum: Not covered by the $600 guarantee, but we stand behind the work. If you believe the comparables in your report are materially inaccurate, email support@vehiclevalueanalysis.com within 30 days. We review the file and either refund or re-run at no cost.

What's covered (Diminished Value only)

The $600 Money-Back Guarantee is structurally specific to our Diminished Value Report ($199.95) and the optional Document Bundle ($49.95). The guarantee exists because DV recovery against a third-party (at-fault) carrier has measurable expected outcomes our methodology is tuned for: ZIP-band comparable sales, post-repair residual market loss, and a pre-addressed Carrier Demand Letter.

Other VVA tiers — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — are general vehicle-value reports rather than DV-recovery instruments. They are covered by a different policy (the 30-day accuracy review described below), not by the $600 guarantee.

Silver, Gold, and Platinum — 30-day accuracy review

If you believe the comparable sales or methodology on your Silver, Gold, or Platinum report are materially inaccurate, email support@vehiclevalueanalysis.com within 30 days of delivery with the report ID and a short note on what you believe is off. A real human reviews the file and either:

  • Re-runs the report at no cost with corrected inputs (mileage, trim, condition, ZIP), or
  • Refunds the report fee to your original payment method within 5 business days.

The Silver report is free, so there is nothing to refund — but we will still re-run it if the comparables look wrong.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@vehiclevalueanalysis.com from the email address you used to order the report.
  2. Include your report ID (the long ID in the report URL or the delivery email subject), the report tier, and a short note on what triggered the refund request.
  3. For DV refund-under-guarantee claims: include the carrier's first offer amount, your final settlement amount, and any negotiation correspondence so we can confirm the "less than $600 above first offer within 60 days" condition.
  4. We confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Effective date and changes

This policy is effective as of the "last reviewed" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced via the email address you ordered under. The canonical text of the $600 Money-Back Guarantee is mirrored byte-for-byte on this page, the FAQ ($600 MBG mechanics entry), and the in-product support FAQ. If you spot a divergence between these surfaces, treat the FAQ version as the source of truth and email support@vehiclevalueanalysis.com so we can correct it.
